Sales (Customer Order Management)

Our Sales team works in a lively environment with a real sales energy. We need enthusiastic, target driven and self-motivated Advisors to offer promotions to our existing Customers and people who have made contact with us in the past.

After a comprehensive induction and training period, you'll join a team of around 15 and enjoy the ongoing support of a Team Manager and a Coach. Your natural sales skills and ability to build rapport with all kinds of people will mean you're able to quickly find a way of matching our products and services to customers' needs.

This team works on a variety of shifts between 9am and 10pm Monday to Friday and weekends.

Inbound Sales

As an Inbound Sales Advisor, you'll be highly sales focused; processing customers' orders and aiming to maximise revenue by up-selling on each and every call, whilst also meeting and exceeding customers' expectations by delivering world class customer service.

Outbound Sales

As an Outbound Sales Advisor, you will pro-actively contact our customers to offer them the latest deals on a wide range of products from our catalogues. Your natural energy and enthusiasm will shine through as you build rapport, identify needs and close deals, demonstrating tenacity and drive to meet and exceed challenging sales targets on a daily basis.

Blended Sales (Inbound and Outbound Sales)

As a Blended Sales Advisor, you will experience the best of both worlds; generating add-on sales when dealing with Inbound calls, whilst also demonstrating tenacity and resilience when making Outbound calls. This is a role for flexible, sales focused people who are looking for variety in their day to day duties.
