Our Payment Collections team handles inbound and outbound calls to discuss payment arrears with our customers. Your aim will be to secure a payment, set up a payment plan, or perhaps even refer them to a debt management company. We need decisive, quick thinkers to be assertive and communicate effectively to help our collections department hit its targets.
You'll have strong customer service skills or a background in debt management and enjoy working in a fun, fast paced and varied environment. But most importantly, your competitive spirit will mean you'll thrive on the challenge, incentives and rewards we'll give you for success.
We operate a range of shifts from 8am - 9pm weekdays, 8am - 4 pm Saturdays and 10am - 6pm on Sundays.

As a Collections Advisor you'll deal with customers who have fallen behind with their account payments, finding appropriate solutions for both the business and the customer. You'll demonstrate empathy when assessing a customer's situation, and tenacity and assertiveness when chasing payments and exceeding personal targets.
