Logistics Operations Roles

Logistics Operations is the warehousing and distribution arm of the company and is at the sharp end of customer service. Regardless of how we sell our products, be this through our catalogues, mailings or the ever-increasing use of the internet via our fantastic websites, it is our Logistics Operations division that makes sure the right goods are delivered to the right customer at the right time.

There are two main sites at Shaw, near Oldham, and at Hadfield, near Glossop in Derbyshire. Our warehouses occupy over 1.5million sq ft, employ over 1,000 people and are the centre of our global supply chain and fulfilment operations.

Huge investment at both the main Logistics Operations Centres has enabled us to meet the challenges of future growth, while at the same time improving our accuracy, productivity and speed of service. Further investment is planned - after all, we're part of a continually evolving and progressive company with ambitious plans for growth.

Roles within the Logistics team are wide and varied, but regardless of the role, the same values hold true in terms of the people who work for us.
