Customer Service (Customer Account Management)
Our Customer Service teams provide an exemplary telephone service, handling product and delivery enquiries and providing solutions for our 3.5 million customers across more than 20 different catalogues and websites. We need great communicators to take these calls and ensure that the customer experience is second to none.
After your full induction and training period, you'll join a team of around 13 and enjoy the regular support of a Team Manager and a Coach. You'll enjoy working in a busy, varied and fast paced environment and enjoy creating the kind of experience our customers deserve.
The department is open 8am - 8pm weekdays and 8am - 6 pm weekends, and we offer a range of full time and part time working patterns.

As an Enquiries Advisor, you will focus on providing an exceptional level of customer service; showing empathy whilst solving problems, handling complaints and resolving queries in a timely and professional fashion. You will also adopt a sales through service approach; tailoring our additional services to meet individual customers' needs.
As a Select Services Advisor, you will provide a comprehensive, 'one stop shop' service for customers of 3 of JD Williams' premier titles. You'll demonstrate empathy and target drive, and with enhanced product knowledge you'll be equipped to deal with all but the most complex of sales and service requests.
