Our culture

Our Head Office and contact centre are light, airy and colourful giving great environments to work in. But it's not just the buildings that are open - our culture is too. We're informal but professional, and we take time to give everyone who joins us a warm, friendly welcome so they feel part of the team straight away.

As a successful business, we like to share the benefit with the people that have helped create it. We often fund team nights out, provide performance incentives and, more than anything else, have fun achieving together.

That's not to say we don't work hard. Our customers expect us to be innovative and service-driven, and to provide them with great value; we all strive to ensure they're not disappointed. So you'll be set individual and team objectives, and we'll need you to meet them.

There are several havens away from the buzz of work though - there's a restaurant on each site, as well as break rooms where you can relax. Of course, our enviable city centre location means that Manchester's shops are on your doorstep, if your lunchtime relaxation comes through retail therapy.

While we're proud of our history stretching back more than 150 years, we're pretty forward- thinking too. We use our technology to take out as much of the mundane work as possible, we operate a number of different working patterns and our people come from a diverse range of ages and backgrounds.
