Roles in our Contact Centre

Our growth has created further opportunities in our contact centre based in the MEN Arena - where trams, buses and trains stop right outside our front door. We had our contact centre custom-built to be light, airy and colourful - a great environment to work in.

We often fund team nights out, provide performance incentives and, more than anything else, have fun achieving together. That's not to say we don't work hard. Our customers expect us to be on the ball, and we ensure they're not disappointed, so you'll be set performance targets, and we'll need you to meet them.

There are several havens away from the buzz of work though - there's a great restaurant on our ground floor, and a cafe upstairs, plus a half-dozen break rooms where you can relax ... we even have an exclusive gym onsite, so you can give yourself a workout over lunch. The gym's open early morning and late evening, too, to cater for the wide number of backgrounds and working patterns our people have.
